Return Policy
At Blazed Bunny, we want you to feel confident and happy with your order. If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns on eligible items within 14 days from the date your order was delivered.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, clean, odor-free, and in their original packaging. Opened or unopened packaging is okay, as long as the product has not been used.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To start a return, please email us at help@blazedbunny.com with your order number, and our team will send you the return instructions and shipping address.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. We only refund the product cost and any applicable taxes paid.
Once your return is received, please allow up to 5 business days for it to be inspected and processed. You will receive an email once your return has been completed.
After your refund is processed, please allow 2–6 business days for the amount to appear back on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
